Strong textures, clean lines and rich,
saturated colors are the hallmarks of photographer Michael Crawford and partner Tom Hanus.

Coming Home photography work of CrawfordHanus
Coming Home is from an evolving series of images where garages are the boxes that we put ourselves in, and become contemporary canvases for interacting with shadows. The color is so warm, captured in the last five minutes of daylight, and the twisted tree trunk seems to say 'ok.' But it greets the worker returning home late in the day; the day is done and the box awaits.
